At ÉCLAT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it remains in its original, lightly used, or unopened condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
